PRACTICAL AUTOMATION WORKSHOP PROGRAM (P5)



Duration: 2 weeks, 5 Hours daily,

Eligibility: Experienced Diploma/Degree Electronics, Electrical, ExTc, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineers

COURSE CONTENT

Your will be given access to AURA workshop having all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA and live machines. You can experiment and learn the skill needed for your growth and promotions. Basics will not be part of this course. Only implementation and experimentation. It will contain setup of following items:

3) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): Setup contains Siemens PLC Logo, Telemechanic Zelio, Siemens PLC (S 1200), Delta PLCs, Panasonic PLCs

3) SCADA, DCS and HMI

4) Control Panel

5) Servo Motors and Drives

6) Stepper Motors and Drives

7) Chords and Connections

8) Pneumatic automation and fittings

9) Hydraulics automation and fittings

10) Troubleshooting Live Project programming

11) Disassembly and Assembly of Live project: Live Machines on which programming would be learned:
